Our Mission
We are dedicated to celebrating and amplifying the inspiring stories of female civil, architectural, and structural engineers from India and around the world. Our mission is to create a platform that not only showcases their achievements but also motivates the next generation of women in engineering. By sharing these powerful narratives, we aim to break down barriers and encourage more women to pursue careers in engineering fields traditionally dominated by men.
Our Vision
Our vision is to foster a global community where female engineers can connect, share experiences, and support one another. We believe that by highlighting the journeys of remarkable women engineers, we can nurture a culture of inclusivity and empowerment within the engineering profession. We strive to inspire young girls to envision themselves as future leaders in engineering, equipped with the confidence and resources needed to excel.
Why We Exist
This website was born out of a need for representation and recognition of women in engineering. Despite significant contributions made by female engineers throughout history, their stories often remain untold. We are committed to changing this narrative by documenting their achievements, challenges, and the impact they have made in their respective fields. Our platform serves as a resource for aspiring engineers, educators, and advocates who believe in the importance of diversity in STEM.
